We reserve the right to refuse service to: Anyone with a nail condition that we suspect to be contagious or could be further harmed by our services. Anyone who shows any signs of disrespect, harm, or violence towards our technicians and surroundings. Anyone with health risks (diabetes, onychomycosis, blood thinning, or allergies). Please inform our technician beforehand about your condition so we can provide services with proper care.

No refunds will be provided for any services. Please reach out to us immediately in the event that you are not satisfied with your service. We will try our best to handle the situation to meet your expectations. Any complaints will NOT be accepted after you leave the salon.

We offer complimentary minor fixes within 3 days after your service completion, pending manager approval. Any fixes needed after 3 days will be charged an additional fee.

If you cannot make your appointment, please give us a call immediately. Any no-shows more than two (2) times without contacting us beforehand will no longer be allowed to schedule future appointments.

Children must be supervised at all times. Please remain respectful of others and surroundings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please double-check your belongings before leaving.
